AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models for practical applications.

• Construct and enhance workflows powered by LLMs using tools like OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or open-source alternatives.

• Design AI automation systems, chatbots, copilots, and intelligent virtual assistants.

• Incorporate AI solutions into current platforms, APIs, and SaaS offerings.

• Optimize prompts and elevate AI model efficiency through rigorous testing and refinement.

• Handle both structured and unstructured datasets for training and inference purposes.

• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to provide scalable solutions.

• Assess AI system performance, reliability, and accuracy.

• Keep abreast of the latest trends, frameworks, and technologies in AI.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in AI engineering, machine learning, or software development.

• High proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Hugging Face.

• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, and integrations of AI models.

• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering techniques.

• Understanding of backend development and scalable system architecture.

• Experience with SQL, data pipelines, and methods for model evaluation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

• Experience working remotely with global teams is advantageous.

• Background in developing AI SaaS products or automation tools.

• Familiarity with MLOps, Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure).

• Knowledge of conversational AI, NLP, or computer vision technologies.

• Experience in integrating CRMs, support systems, or workflow automation platforms.

• A portfolio or GitHub projects showcasing AI solutions is preferred.
