AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and implement AI and machine learning solutions tailored for practical business applications.

• Design and sustain applications utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) such as systems based on GPT.

• Construct AI-driven automations, copilots, chatbots, and workflow systems.

• Fine-tune, assess, and enhance machine learning models for optimal performance and scalability.

• Integrate AI systems with APIs, databases, CRMs, and external platforms.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to transform business needs into AI-focused solutions.

• Apply prompt engineering techniques and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.

• Monitor the performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness of models in production settings.

• Keep documentation, testing protocols, and deployment processes up to date.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in AI, frameworks, and emerging technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in AI Engineering, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.

• Proficient in Python and familiar with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or Hugging Face.

• Experience with LLMs, OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.

• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, and RAG architectures.

• Experience in deploying AI applications on cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong comprehension of APIs, backend systems, and scalable application design.

• Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and contemporary development practices.

• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking skills.

• Strong communication skills, with the capability to collaborate in remote, cross-functional teams.

• Bonus: Experience in developing AI agents, automation systems, or voice AI applications.
