• Job Summary: We are looking for a talented and forward-thinking **Remote AI Engineer** with expertise in machine learning, large language models (LLMs), and AI application development. You will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, and data teams to design intelligent systems, create AI-enhanced features, and optimize model performance across various applications.

• Key Responsibilities:

• - Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for production environments.

• - Create AI-powered applications utilizing LLMs such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, or open-source models.

• - Develop and refine prompt engineering workflows for generative AI applications.

• - Build APIs and backend systems that incorporate AI services into web and mobile applications.

• - Fine-tune models to enhance inference performance, reduce latency, and increase scalability.

• - Work with both structured and unstructured datasets for model training and evaluation.

• - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business needs into AI-driven solutions.

• - Implement vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.

• - Monitor the performance of AI systems and continuously enhance their reliability and accuracy.

• - Stay informed about the latest developments in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies.

⛳️ Requirements

• - A minimum of 3 years of experience in software engineering, machine learning, or AI development.

• - Strong expertise in Python and contemporary AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, or Hugging Face.

• - Experience with OpenAI APIs, Anthropic, Gemini, or similar AI platforms.

• - Familiarity with LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

• - Proven experience in building REST APIs and scalable backend systems.

• - Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, and cloud deployment workflows.

• - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.

• - A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, Data Science, or a related field is preferred.

• - Experience in deploying AI agents or autonomous workflows.

• - Familiarity with MLOps tools and AI monitoring systems.

• - Experience with Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, or ChromaDB.

• - Knowledge of frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js is an advantage.

• - Prior experience in SaaS or startup environments.
