This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Transform business requirements into organized specifications — the foundation for any delivery process.

• Choose and initiate the appropriate Skills for each task from the repository curated by Forge.

• Direct AI agents in Antigravity or similar platforms to perform intricate tasks.

• Assess outputs for functionality, compliance with standards, and alignment with business objectives.

• Communicate gaps and unexpected behaviors to the AI Architects team.

• Sustain the delivery rhythm — your responsibility lies with the product, not the code.

• Partner with business stakeholders to refine specifications and ensure consensus prior to execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capability to connect business and technology — while comprehensive knowledge isn’t required, you must know enough to ask pertinent questions.

• Proficiency with agentic tools — such as Antigravity, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalent.

• Adherence to process discipline — specifications must precede any execution, avoiding shortcuts.

• Sound judgment — recognizing when an output is incorrect even if the exact reason is unclear.

• Effective communication — with both business stakeholders and agents.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity and a commitment to continual learning — as the model evolves, so do you.

• Proficient in English — including reading, writing, and technical communication. Documentation, tools, and the agentic ecosystem primarily use English.

• Background in software development — although not the primary focus, a basic understanding of how code functions aids in validating outputs more accurately.

• Experience in product management, business analysis, or design — those who articulate the problem effectively tend to create superior specifications.

• Familiarity with Spec Driven Development or similar methodologies.

• Knowledge of the Agent Skills pattern.
