AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Partner with the AI Solutions Architect to convert business needs into scalable, effective ML/AI models and pipelines.

• Deploy AI models, assess performance, and ensure seamless integration within current architectures.

• Build strong data pipelines: including data collection, processing, model training, and deployment.

• Embed AI solutions into production settings, adhering to MLOps best practices (monitoring, automation, scalability; familiarity with MLflow or platforms like Azure ML or Google Vertex AI).

• Collaborate closely with commercial and product teams to prototype and validate proposals, delivering iteratively with a focus on customer-centered solutions.

• Engage actively in evaluating technical risks (performance, scalability, security) and work together to implement preventive measures.

• Ensure the effective utilization of cloud tools (AWS, Azure, GCP) in solution development and deployment.

• Aid in the development of technical documentation and best practices in coordination with the architect and other stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in the development and deployment of Machine Learning and Deep Learning models.

• Expertise in programming languages such as Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Pandas).

• Familiarity with MLOps and CI/CD tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, Jenkins, GitLab CI).

• Strong background in SQL and NoSQL databases along with query optimization practices.

• Experience with cloud computing services (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).

• Understanding of system architectures, data pipelines, and best practices for API integration (REST, GraphQL).

• Knowledge of Generative AI and large language models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, BERT).

• Experience with cloud orchestration tools like Airflow, Data Factory, and Databricks pipelines.

• Proficiency with Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes, or related technologies such as Azure Container Apps.

• Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).

• History of collaborating on projects with solution architects or commercial teams.
