This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the CTO, AI consultant, and development team to design and implement robust, scalable AI/ML architectures.

• Develop, train, and maintain AI models, data pipelines, as well as integrations with APIs, databases, and SaaS platforms.

• Experiment with new LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or similar).

• Lead hands-on development and prototyping of LLM-based applications, intelligent agents, and automation workflows.

• Define AI architecture standards, establish model governance, and contribute to the long-term AI strategy in partnership with the CTO.

• Collaborate with business and technical leaders to translate strategic AI objectives into actionable engineering initiatives.

• Design systems for high availability, scalability, and efficient deployment in cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).

• Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and playbooks for the deployment and scaling of AI solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, mentor junior developers, and cultivate a culture of innovation and excellence in AI engineering.

• Stay at the forefront of emerging AI frameworks, APIs, and tools, introducing practical innovations to enhance our products and systems.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience is required.

• At least 3 years of experience in building or designing AI/ML systems is required.

• Proficiency in Python, C#, or similar programming languages.

• Practical experience with LLMs, vector databases, embeddings, and prompt orchestration.

• Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.) and cloud ecosystems (Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI).

• Experience in developing and integrating data pipelines, APIs, and AI inference services.

• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and collaboration abilities.

• Capability to balance hands-on technical tasks with high-level system design and strategic planning.

• A curiosity and drive to stay ahead of emerging AI tools, frameworks, and trends.

• Must reside in and be authorized to work in the USA.
