AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct research, design, and develop cutting-edge generative AI models and algorithms.

• Implement and enhance deep learning architectures tailored for generative tasks, particularly in text generation.

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to outline objectives, requirements, and deliverables, while implementing features.

• Train and fine-tune models utilizing large-scale datasets and advanced methodologies.

• Assess and evaluate model performance, making necessary modifications to enhance outcomes.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in generative AI trends and tools, contributing to the team’s knowledge repository.

• Write clear, efficient, and maintainable code in line with best practices and coding standards.

• Document research findings, methodologies, and technical specifications comprehensively.

• Engage in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to colleagues.

• Assist in developing tools and frameworks to support generative AI research and development.

• Analyze insights from our pre-sales, sales, customer success teams, and clients to develop AI-driven features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English at an advanced or fluent level.

• Comprehensive understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and generative models.

• Expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other deep learning frameworks.

• Familiarity with the Hugging Face Transformers library and pre-trained models such as GPT-2, BERT, and more.

• Experience in developing and training deep learning models with large-scale datasets.

• Strong grasp of neural network architectures (CNN, RNN, LSTM, Transformers), optimization techniques, and loss functions.

• Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) tools and frameworks.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.

• Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects concurrently.
