⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in software engineering, particularly with robust backend Python skills and a minimum of 2 years developing production LLM applications.

• Proficiency in TypeScript and familiarity with .NET / C# environments.

• Strong background in building AI-driven applications utilizing Python, FastAPI or Flask, Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.

• Demonstrated production experience with RAG pipelines, structured information extraction, and agent-based workflows.

• Familiarity with Azure AI services like Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and Azure AI Search, or equivalent experience with AWS Bedrock or Google Vertex AI.

• Experience in creating and managing AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio or similar orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, OpenAI Agents SDK, or equivalent.

• Comprehensive understanding of AI evaluation frameworks, including hallucination control, prompt regression, latency, cost, and human-in-the-loop validation.

• Proven experience in building APIs and backend services that integrate with cloud and enterprise operational systems.

• Proficiency with Docker and deploying containerized applications.

• Strong technical leadership skills and the ability to drive project delivery in client-facing consulting settings.

• Capability to work independently, guide architectural decisions, and proactively advance technical direction.

• Advanced level of English proficiency.
