• Design and develop AI systems that power real, production-level applications

• Take ownership of the entire process from conception to deployment, encompassing evaluation and observability

• Build multi-step agents and LLM systems that utilize various tools

• Seamlessly integrate AI workflows into essential business environments

• Collaborate effectively with engineers, strategists, and designers

• Over 3 years of experience in deploying AI-driven systems in a production environment

• Educational background in computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or a related technical or scientific discipline

• Proficient in Python programming

• Well-versed in contemporary LLM engineering concepts: agents, MCP, skills, tool usage, retrieval, structured outputs, and evaluations

• Possess solid software engineering skills, including CI/CD, testing, version control practices, and code quality assurance

• Comfortable managing the trade-offs between accuracy, latency, cost, and maintainability

• Experience in troubleshooting production systems

• Capability to encapsulate AI logic within services
