AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the creation of scalable AI applications, text analytics workflows, and autonomous AI solutions that enhance taxpayer services, compliance, and internal operational effectiveness.

• Play a key role in the design, development, assessment, and implementation of sophisticated NLP and Generative AI solutions.

• Build and advance NLP and text analytics functionalities that support document classification, topic modeling, text clustering, summarization, information extraction, and named entity recognition.

• Aid in the integration of NLP capabilities with enterprise data sets, analytical frameworks, and operational systems.

• Design, develop, test, and maintain AI-driven applications utilizing contemporary software development methodologies.

• Create front-end user interfaces using JavaScript frameworks and libraries.

• Develop and uphold backend APIs and microservices with Python frameworks such as Flask or FastAPI.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

• At least four (4) years of professional experience in software application development, analytics solutions, or AI/ML systems.

• Proficiency in Python application development.

• Experience in creating APIs and backend services with Flask, FastAPI, or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with front-end development using JavaScript and modern web technologies.

• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI technologies.

• Knowledge of AI agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Haystack, AutoGen, or similar platforms.

• Active IRS MBI Clearance is required.
