AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Create innovative reinforcement learning algorithms aimed at addressing intricate, real-world challenges.

• Incorporate Large Language Models (LLMs) to improve agent reasoning, threat intelligence, or interactions between humans and machines.

• Develop and enhance Message Control Protocol (MCP) to facilitate synchronized behavior among modular AI components or multi-agent systems.

• Design prototypes for new methods and assist in transitioning successful prototypes into implemented solutions.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (Data Science, Engineering, Product) to integrate and deploy reinforcement learning models in production environments.

• Perform comprehensive evaluations of model performance utilizing suitable experimental designs and statistical methods.

• Write clear, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Engage in code reviews to uphold the quality of your team's code.

• Diagnose and resolve complex software issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• Strong expertise in the Python programming language along with experience in widely-used machine learning libraries.

• Familiarity with reinforcement learning, particularly with OpenAI Gym.

• Understanding of Cybersecurity principles, tools, and methodologies.

• Experience working within container-based environments.

• Outstanding analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent verbal presentation and technical writing abilities (in English).

• Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
