AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Design and create an AI-driven productivity analytics platform — encompassing everything from data pipeline architecture to the end analytical product that empowers teams to make data-informed decisions.

• Construct scalable LLM pipelines (Claude, GPT): formulate data chunking strategies, implement MapReduce techniques for parallel processing of extensive datasets, and compile results into structured reports and insights.

• Develop a meta-workflow system where LLMs autonomously generate, test, and deploy automation scripts in a controlled environment — featuring automatic self-correction loops and deployment to production without manual oversight.

• Advance system-level prompt engineering: establish and maintain a library of prompt templates for diverse analytical scenarios — ranging from summaries and profiles to in-depth performance evaluations.

• Create an evaluation framework for AI output quality assurance: including hallucination detection, consistency scoring, and regression tests — ensuring the product provides dependable and reproducible results.

• Expand the platform to new domains and analysis types without proportional increases in manual effort — through an architecture that enables the addition of new modules via configuration rather than coding.

• Document AI architecture, specify automation requirements, and present product insights to stakeholders and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 2 years of experience working with LLMs in production: including prompt engineering, pipeline development, and API integration — with at least 1 year of practical experience with advanced features (tool use, structured outputs, agents).

• Strong Python proficiency (async, dataclasses, type hints, API integrations) and a dedication to writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.

• Knowledge of MapReduce patterns for LLM processing: capability to select chunking strategies, organize parallel processing, and consolidate results into a cohesive analytical product.

• Experience in building agentic systems: including tool use, self-correcting loops, and multi-agent workflows — with the discernment to determine when an agent is more effective than a fixed pipeline.

• Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical databases.

• English proficiency at C1 level — comfortable with reading documentation, writing technical specifications, and engaging in asynchronous communication.

• Ownership mentality: you manage tasks from start to finish, troubleshoot production issues independently, and iterate to achieve results without the need for micromanagement.
