AI Engineer – Agentic Systems, Voice

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and enhance agentic workflows utilizing LLMs.

• Develop agents that communicate with external APIs, databases, and various environments.

• Advance our voice-enabled agents by designing pipelines for real-time conversations, transcription, speech synthesis, turn-taking, and dialogue management.

• Integrate retrieval, long-term memory, and state tracking into agent architectures.

• Work collaboratively with product teams to deploy agents in production and ensure their ongoing health.

• Design and conduct experiments to assess agent performance, accuracy, latency, and hallucination rates.

• Translate high-level product requirements into scalable and testable agentic features.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated, hands-on experience in building voice agents for production environments.

• Experience with ASR, TTS, or real-time/streaming voice pipelines.

• Strong expertise in working with LLMs.

• Familiarity with agentic frameworks.

• Proficient in Python and modern machine learning tools.

• Experience with tool integration and memory/state management.

• Background in simulation-based testing and evaluation of voice agents.

• Comfortable working in an iterative, fast-paced product environment.
