This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement multi-agent architectures in production.

• Build orchestration systems between specialized agents.

• Develop persistence mechanisms and context management for long sessions.

• Create robust pipelines for ingestion, embeddings, and contextual retrieval (RAG).

• Work with hybrid retrieval: vector search + structural search.

• Define evaluation strategies, observability, and agent tuning.

• Evolve human-in-the-loop workflows.

• Participate in the evolution of AI architecture applied to the SDLC.

⛳️ Requirements

• Agent Architecture & LLM Engineering.

• Practical experience with multi-agent systems in production.

• Context Engineering for long sessions.

• Advanced Prompt Engineering.

• Orchestration of agents and sub-agents.

• State persistence and contextual memory.

• Human-in-the-loop workflows.

• Evaluation and tuning of agents.

• Experience with frameworks/SDKs such as Anthropic Claude, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, LangChain, or equivalent RAG & Contextual Retrieval.

• Construction of end-to-end RAG pipelines.

• Strategies for chunking and embeddings.

• Incremental and batch indexing.

• Hybrid search and reranking.

• Evaluation of recall/precision.

• Tuning of contextual retrieval.

• Practical experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, pgvector, Chroma, or Milvus.

• Cloud & LLM API Engineering.

• Advanced Python skills.

• Distributed integrations.

• Observability and metrics.

• Scalable architecture.
