AI Engagement Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +18 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire AI engagement process from initial discovery to ongoing workflow integration.

• Ensure precise requirement gathering and delivery to monitor progress against plans and identify risks early.

• Promote continuous quality through iterative testing and feedback mechanisms during AI engagements.

• Hold the R&D feedback loop responsible to guarantee that field insights are effectively communicated back.

• Develop playbooks to pinpoint reusable patterns and scalable frameworks for the team.

• Manage engagement economics and monitor cost structures across active projects.

• This role prioritizes field engagement with anticipated travel to partner sites.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in technical project management, enterprise engagement management, or a similar field.

• Proven track record in managing programs throughout the complete software development lifecycle.

• Technical proficiency to engage in discussions with partner engineering teams.

• Experience in developing and sustaining engagement cost models.

• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time management abilities.

• Ability to thrive in ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.

• Skilled in program management tools, collaboration platforms, and presentation software.

• Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related area, or equivalent practical experience.

• Willingness to travel approximately 50% within North America.
