AI Enablement Trainer – Workshop Facilitator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct engaging training sessions on AI, including workshops, webinars, and executive briefings.

• Facilitate the discovery of AI use cases and conduct hands-on working sessions.

• Assist clients in recognizing practical AI opportunities that enhance productivity, efficiency, decision-making, and service delivery.

• Transform business requirements into AI workflows, prompts, job aids, and educational materials.

• Tailor training programs for executives, managers, functional teams, and end users.

• Inform clients about responsible AI practices, encompassing privacy, security, confidentiality, accuracy, bias, and human oversight.

• Collaborate with consulting, technical, governance, sales, and project teams to bolster client AI initiatives.

• Monitor adoption and business outcomes, providing recommendations for follow-up coaching or support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in technology training, client enablement, learning and development, consulting, instructional design, change management, digital adoption, or business transformation.

• Practical experience with generative AI tools, copilots, automation platforms, or AI-enabled business applications.

• Excellent client-facing presentation, facilitation, and executive communication skills.

• Capability to convert AI capabilities into practical business workflows and use cases.

• Proven experience in creating training materials, presentations, guides, and job aids.

• Knowledge of responsible AI principles and practices.

• Ability to effectively engage with both business and technical audiences.

• Preferred: Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, Gamma, or similar enterprise AI tools.

• Preferred: Experience in consulting, technology services, managed services, ERP, CRM, cloud, cybersecurity, or professional services.

• Preferred: Background in supporting technology adoption or digital transformation.

• Relevant training or certifications in instructional design, adult learning, change management, AI, responsible AI, facilitation, or technology enablement are desirable.

• Customer approval may be necessary for accessing customer information, systems, and/or premises.
