This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.
• This position operates at the convergence of People, Technology, and AI, driving the transformation of our People team through innovative AI and automation solutions.
• The AI Enablement Partner is a key role within our HR Tech team, concentrating on the design, construction, and scaling of intelligent automation throughout the People technology ecosystem.
• This position acts as a bridge between our current systems and their future potential—leveraging low-code automation platforms, AI agents, and smart integrations to reduce repetitive tasks and enhance decision-making processes.
• You will collaborate directly with various teams within the People organization, gaining insights into their operations and co-designing AI and automation solutions that seamlessly integrate into their daily workflows.
• Currently, this role emphasizes: designing and developing automations that eliminate repetitive tasks across our People technology stack.
• Creating AI-driven solutions such as copilots, agents, and intelligent workflows to enhance self-service and support options.
• Collaborating with our IT team to establish connections between systems like Workday, SmartRecruiters, and CultureAmp via scalable integrations.
• Ensuring data is clean, structured, and ready for analytics through automation and validation processes.
• Functioning as a force multiplier within the PSA team—providing support, troubleshooting, and enhancing impact.
• Continuously refining automation performance, reliability, and return on investment across the ecosystem.
• Serving as additional capacity for other HR Systems Analyst roles during peak times.
• You have experience building and deploying production-ready automations using platforms such as Workato, N8N, or similar technologies.
• You possess a background in HR Tech, although we are also open to strong candidates from related fields who are eager to explore People-related challenges.
• You have extensive knowledge in the AI builder domain.
• You have developed LLM copilots, agents, or intelligent workflows and comprehend their practical applications.
• You have experience in a consulting or learning and development role, whether in an internal advisory capacity, change management, or enhancing team capabilities.
• You understand that the most effective automation is successful only when embraced by users, treating adoption, enablement, and training as integral components of the process rather than an afterthought.
• You approach problems with a systems mindset rather than in isolation, capable of designing solutions within complex technological ecosystems.
• You possess strong data instincts and prioritize accuracy, structure, and downstream effects.
• You communicate clearly, able to simplify technical concepts into actionable insights.
• You demonstrate a proactive mindset—identifying inefficiencies and transforming them into scalable solutions.
