AI Enablement Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation of AI initiatives and adoption programs throughout the agency.

• Oversee the deployment, enablement, and continuous improvement of Claude Enterprise.

• Collaborate with departmental leaders to pinpoint opportunities for AI-driven workflow enhancements.

• Assess, test, and improve new methodologies that boost productivity, efficiency, and quality.

• Conduct training sessions, workshops, office hours, and hands-on learning opportunities.

• Create playbooks, documentation, prompt libraries, and other resources for enablement.

• Work alongside department AI Champions to foster adoption and knowledge sharing.

• Assist teams in transitioning successful AI pilot projects into scalable and repeatable operational processes.

• Support AI governance initiatives by upholding standards, advocating for responsible AI usage, and ensuring confidentiality requirements are met.

• Monitor adoption rates, engagement, workflow enhancements, and business results to assess success.

• Communicate insights, best practices, and recommendations that contribute to advancing AI maturity within the agency.

⛳️ Requirements

• More than 5 years of experience in project management, operations, organizational change management, workflow optimization, business transformation, or a related field.

• Proven track record of leading cross-functional projects and facilitating organizational change.

• Demonstrated success in implementing new tools, technologies, systems, or processes while supporting user adoption.

• Experience in designing and delivering training programs, workshops, documentation, or enablement materials.

• Strong project management and execution capabilities, with proficiency in managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to influence and achieve alignment without direct authority.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on measurable outcomes.

• An inquisitive nature about emerging technologies and a commitment to helping individuals work more effectively.

• Experience with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar platforms in a professional context is preferred.

• Familiarity with process improvement, workflow redesign, digital transformation, or operational excellence initiatives is preferred.

• Experience in a professional services, consulting, or agency setting is desirable.
