
AI Enablement β Governance Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Design, construct, and deploy internal AI agents utilizing various agentic platforms (e.g., Copilot, custom LLM frameworks, low-code platforms, and external AI ecosystems).
β’ Own and manage the enterprise Agent Registry, encompassing metadata, ownership, usage metrics, lifecycle status, and audit traceability for all agents.
β’ Define and establish enterprise risk tiering for AI agents based on data sensitivity, autonomy level, regulatory implications, and business importance.
β’ Create and uphold governance frameworks for agent development, deployment, monitoring, and retirement.
β’ Develop and standardize approved agentic workflow patterns (e.g., human-in-the-loop, approval gating, escalation pathways, audit logging, fail-safe handling).
β’ Prevent uncontrolled proliferation of AI agents through standardization, registry enforcement, and rationalization of redundant or overlapping solutions.
β’ Propel enterprise adoption of AI agents for workflow automation across various business units.
β’ Identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact automation use cases across operational and business processes.
β’ Establish standards and reusable patterns for prompt engineering, orchestration, and integration across platforms.
β’ Monitor agent performance, risk posture, and adoption; continuously optimize for quality, reliability, and business value.
β’ Partner with engineering teams to integrate agents with enterprise systems, APIs, and governed data sources.
β’ Collaborate with compliance, legal, and risk teams to ensure adherence to regulatory, privacy, and security requirements.
β’ Evaluate and onboard new agentic platforms, tools, and capabilities that align with the enterprise AI strategy.
β’ Enable business users through structured training, documentation, and hands-on support to accelerate safe AI adoption.
β’ Advocate for AI-first methodologies and promote disciplined agent lifecycle and governance practices throughout the organization.
β’ Other duties as assigned by the supervisor, which may occasionally be unrelated to the position described here.
β’ 5+ years of experience in technology, automation, AI, or digital transformation roles.
β’ Hands-on experience with one or more agentic platforms or AI frameworks.
β’ Experience in designing and governing workflow automation utilizing AI agents or orchestration tools.
β’ Understanding of prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and multi-step workflow design.
β’ Experience implementing governance models, risk classification frameworks, or compliance controls.
β’ Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and enterprise system connectivity.
β’ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, business, and compliance stakeholders.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on measurable outcomes and risk-aware delivery.
