AI Enablement Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You create intricate automations that exceed the limits of no-code tools, including API integrations, custom Python/TypeScript scripts, agentic workflows, and internal tools.

• You empower colleagues from various departments to construct their own automations.

• You take the lead in the AI Circle, provide office hours, conduct practical workshops, and produce internal documentation that facilitates self-service.

• You choose our AI tool stack and establish and uphold the standard set of approved tools.

• You oversee data flows and security, taking responsibility for the AI tracker.

• You conduct fundamental privacy and security assessments for system integrations to ensure compliance.

• You build a shared foundation — a common infrastructure that enables others to develop safely and efficiently.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in software development, automation engineering, AI tooling, or a related discipline.

• Strong programming abilities: Proficient in Python or TypeScript, allowing you to merge robust engineering, enablement, and governance to provide significant value throughout the AI tool ecosystem.

• Experience with no-code applications: Practical experience with at least one no-code automation platform (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make) and confidence in working with REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication methods.

• AI-native: You operate at the cutting edge of AI tooling development, with Claude Code as one of your primary daily tools.

• Familiarity with agent programming, prompt engineering, MLP (?), and the latest LLM frameworks as part of your regular workflow.
