AI-Enabled Executive Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee executive scheduling, communications, and operational workflows across various platforms and stakeholders.

• Facilitate coordination and dialogue with companies and partners in the AI, Web3, and crypto sectors.

• Leverage AI tools and platforms, such as Claude AI and Cursor, alongside related technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

• Assist in the development, management, and optimization of AI-driven workflows and agentic operational systems.

• Provide expertise in prompt engineering and create structured prompts for both operational and strategic applications.

• Organize and manage communications through Slack, Telegram, and other collaborative tools.

• Aid in research and operational coordination concerning prediction markets, trading environments, and emerging AI technologies.

• Maintain structured systems, documentation, and internal workflows to support executive operations.

• Keep up to date with AI trends, tools, and advancements, while proactively identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.

• Operate with a high degree of discretion, autonomy, and accountability in a fast-paced remote setting.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience with AI tools and AI-enabled workflows.

• Proficiency in Claude AI, Cursor, and contemporary AI productivity platforms.

• Solid understanding of AI agents and concepts related to agentic workflows.

• Experience in prompt engineering and techniques for structured AI prompting.

• Background in supporting executives, founders, or leadership teams in roles such as Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or operational support.

• Familiarity with Web3, crypto, USDC, prediction markets, or trading environments.

• Knowledge of Slack AI bots, workflow automations, and modern collaboration tools.

• Excellent written communication and organizational abilities.

• Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision while juggling multiple priorities.

• Willingness to work late hours in alignment with the New York timezone.

• Proficient in using Slack, Telegram, and daily remote collaboration tools.

• High attention to detail, operational thinking, and problem-solving skills.
