This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the complete recruiting cycle for a wide array of functions and role types, from initiation to offer acceptance.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to thoroughly understand team requirements, role specifications, and hiring standards across various disciplines.

• Create and implement proactive sourcing strategies to establish robust pipelines of both active and passive candidates through multiple channels (LinkedIn, GEM, job boards, professional networks, referrals, and more).

• Facilitate a structured, consistent interview process that embodies Hone’s values and sets both candidates and hiring managers up for success.

• Negotiate and extend offers in coordination with hiring managers and People Ops, collaborating cross-functionally with legal and compensation teams as necessary.

• Keep clean, accurate data in Greenhouse, utilizing it to monitor pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and report on recruiting metrics.

• Participate in employer branding and candidate experience initiatives that enhance Hone's visibility in the market.

• Assist in building and refining our recruiting infrastructure as we expand, including process documentation, interview training, and intake frameworks.

• Design, implement, and enhance AI-driven workflows throughout the recruiting lifecycle, covering areas such as sourcing assistance, personalized outreach drafting, resume summarization, interview note consolidation, and scheduling automation.

• Manage and advance our integration between Claude and Greenhouse, enhancing the existing framework to develop a more robust and scalable system.

• Train hiring managers on the effective and legally compliant use of AI tools in their hiring processes.


⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a proven track record of successfully closing candidates across diverse functions.

• At least 3 years of in-house recruiting experience.

• Preferred experience in recruiting within the healthtech, digital health, or telemedicine sectors.

• Demonstrated regular use of AI tools (such as Claude or similar LLMs, GEM or comparable sourcing tools) as part of your recruiting workflow; we seek candidates who proactively adopt these tools and can discuss their specific impact on their work, rather than just familiarity.

• Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates through innovative, multi-channel strategies.

• Experience in managing a dynamic and shifting requisition load in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.

• Proficient in Greenhouse ATS and contemporary sourcing tools (like LinkedIn Recruiter or equivalents).

• Strong instincts for assessing candidate quality and cultural fit; you ask insightful questions and evaluate beyond the resume.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

• A proactive and self-directed approach to learning; you keep up with advancements in AI and recruiting technology because of your genuine interest and experiment with new tools independently.

• Ability to think systematically; when faced with a manual or repetitive task, you instinctively seek opportunities for automation or streamlining.

• Capacity to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, frequently evolving environment (preferably with experience in a high-growth or startup organization).

• Creative problem-solving abilities with a results-oriented mindset.

• Quick to learn new technology systems and communication tools.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively.
