AI-Driven Digital Systems & Integration Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Develop and manage the comprehensive integration strategy for our primary systems: Shopify, Business Central, and HubSpot

• Identify and execute innovative solutions to effectively connect data and processes across all platforms

• Evaluate current business processes in e-commerce, marketing, sales, purchasing, and logistics

• Design and implement smart workflows to enhance operational efficiency

• Create a centralized data platform for the consolidation and analysis of business data from all systems

• Generate insightful dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Oversee intricate integration and automation projects from initial concept to successful execution

⛳️ Requirements

• Significant experience in the administration and integration of e-commerce platforms (preferably Shopify)

• Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central)

• Knowledge of CRM systems (preferably HubSpot)

• Proven experience in designing and executing complex automation and integration projects

• Experience with low-code/no-code automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make)

• Proficiency in data modeling, analysis, and visualization

• Skilled in databases (SQL) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

• Experience leading agile projects (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) is advantageous

• Basic knowledge of artificial intelligence applications in a business setting

• Experience within the e-commerce sector, preferably in sporting goods
