This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Utilize AI tools (LLM, RAG, MCP Server) to design and enhance systems with intricate business rules.
• Contribute to and assist in the development of software solutions tailored for the specific domain, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.
• Ensure swift identification and resolution of issues within your team, proactively pinpointing bottlenecks.
• Actively identify challenges related to other teams that interact with yours.
• Improve inefficiencies in associated teams, either by implementing enhancements directly or by motivating the team to take action.
• Recognize opportunities to integrate new concepts into challenges, weighing feasibility and simplicity.
• Review outputs from related teams, emphasizing best practices for pull requests, engineering, product, and business.
• Offer constructive feedback during code reviews, fostering continuous improvement across teams.
• Proven experience as a software developer focusing on application enhancements and project advancements.
• Proficiency in writing code and scripts across various programming languages and frameworks.
• Experience in designing and utilizing APIs.
• Familiarity with automated testing, including unit and integration tests.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Understanding of continuous integration/continuous delivery processes and containerization.
• Experience with AI tools for software development: LLM, RAG (highly desirable), MCP Server (highly desirable).
• Preferably experienced in secure software development (OWASP).
• Preferable degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong communication skills: Ability to convey technical constraints in clear, business-friendly language.
• Teaching and mentorship capabilities: Patience and clarity to guide non-technical colleagues in properly applying company standards.
• Flexibility and negotiation skills: Ability to balance business agility with technical governance, always suggesting safe alternatives.
• Empathy and relational intelligence: Skill in building trust and understanding operational challenges without becoming defensive.
• Business acumen: Comprehensive understanding of processes and area objectives, looking beyond merely delivering code.
• Collaborative and proactive demeanor: Willingness to partner in problem-solving and comfortable not being the sole “owner” of the code.
