AI Domain Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Switzerland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the AI domain at Monads, including strategy, positioning, and offerings.

• Collaborate with clients to identify business cases that can be addressed through AI solutions.

• Design AI solutions that cover the business problem, conceptualization, and implementation planning.

• Engage directly with business units, IT, and management on the client side.

• Facilitate AI enablement by empowering client teams to effectively integrate AI tools into their daily operations.

• Develop workshops, methodologies, and formats that promote AI-supported working practices.

• Implement AI solutions using tools such as Claude and Codex in a fast, pragmatic, and production-ready manner.

• Refine our AI consulting offerings based on insights gained from project experiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in IT consulting, business consulting, or a similar cross-functional role.

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with business units and management, not solely IT.

• Proficient AI power-user: you utilize AI tools like Claude and Codex on a daily basis as a core aspect of your work.

• Experience in identifying and articulating business cases for AI implementation.

• Ability to code and deliver solutions with AI-assisted development independently, ensuring quick and production-ready outcomes.

• Technical expertise in at least one area: SAP, full-stack development, cloud technologies, or Data & AI.

• An independent and results-driven work style with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
