AI Development Specialist – Generative AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and implement solutions utilizing LLMs and Generative AI.

• Develop AI-driven applications, services, and platforms.

• Advance the development of AI agents and multi-agent systems.

• Architect designs leveraging RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

• Construct pipelines for ingestion, processing, chunking, embeddings, and information retrieval.

• Integrate AI models with APIs, applications, data, and enterprise systems.

• Design orchestration frameworks for models, tools, and agents.

• Formulate strategies for prompt engineering and context engineering.

• Implement methods to assess response quality and model performance.

• Establish guardrails and controls to ensure the safe utilization of AI.

• Set up observability and monitoring for deployed solutions.

• Assess models, frameworks, and technologies based on quality, performance, cost, and security criteria.

• Enhance latency, token usage, and solution expenses.

• Engage in architectural decisions and set technical standards.

• Offer technical assistance to engineers and advocate for AI Engineering best practices.

• Contribute to the development of the organization's AI strategy and architecture.

• Work on designing, building, and advancing AI and Generative AI solutions at scale within production environments.

• Transform AI use cases into robust, secure, observable, and scalable products and capabilities.

• Effectively deploy AI solutions into production, moving beyond experimentation and proof of concepts.

• Practical experience with Structured Outputs.

• Practical experience with agent orchestration.

• Practical experience with model and response evaluation.

• Practical experience with Guardrails.

• Practical experience with context and memory management.

• Familiarity with model ecosystems such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, or similar alternatives.
