This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• A significant portion of your role involves mentoring apprentices in the practical use of AI tools within their work environments.
• Overseeing the documentation necessary to ensure the programme remains compliant and on schedule.
• Working remotely with occasional travel required for events and onboarding activities.
• Taking ownership of your learners' development from the very beginning.
• Excelling in a rapidly changing scale-up setting.
• Hands-on, practical experience utilizing AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in a professional setting, rather than solely personal experimentation.
• Demonstrated experience in coaching, training, or facilitating, whether virtually or in person, in both formal and informal contexts.
• Strong knowledge of data ethics, responsible AI practices, and information governance.
• Ability to convert AI adoption into actionable, workplace-ready strategies for non-technical learners.
• Confidence in managing documentation, compliance, and progress tracking while handling your coaching responsibilities.
• Familiarity with digital learning platforms as part of your daily routine.
• Nice to have: experience with apprenticeship delivery, knowledge of prompt engineering or automation tools, understanding Ofsted/ESFA requirements, and relevant certifications (BCS AI Foundation, Microsoft AI, Google AI).
