AI Developer – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) seamlessly incorporating AI into the workflow.

• Regularly implement automations with agents executing multi-step tasks.

• Develop structured specifications that guide the AI while ensuring quality control.

• Ensure secure operations within a production environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient understanding of the SDLC (design → build → test → deploy → operate).

• Expertise in utilizing AI for development tasks (including code generation, testing, refactoring, and debugging).

• Experience in creating agents that perform multi-step processes, tool usage, and planning + execution.

• Ability to develop reusable skills and integrate capabilities.

• Familiarity with integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar frameworks.

• Experience in crafting slash-commands and operational interfaces based on structured prompts.

• Skill in orchestrating workflows involving multiple agents or a combination of human and agent collaboration.

• Proficient in spec-driven development (where specifications serve as the primary input for AI).

• Capability to integrate with various tools (such as Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, and observability tools).

• Critical assessment of AI outputs regarding quality, safety, and consistency.

• Knowledge of multiple programming languages (including Angular, Node, .NET, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).

• Familiarity with Copilot.

• Experience with AWS.

• Systems-oriented mindset with the ability to tackle complex problems, decompose tasks for agent execution, and maintain oversight of AI-generated outputs.

• Strong systems thinking, focusing on the complete end-to-end flow rather than just code.

• Proficient in problem decomposition.

• Effective communication skills with both technical and business teams.

• Critical thinking capabilities regarding AI-generated results.
