AI Developer – PL/SR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Leverage the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with AI integration.

• Ensure quality control while maintaining secure operations in production environments.

• Develop specifications that serve as input for the AI.

• Implement automations with agents capable of executing multi-step tasks, utilizing tools, and interacting with various environments (such as repositories, pipelines, and APIs).

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven development experience with one or more of the following technologies: Angular, Node, .NET, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.

• Familiarity with AWS, specifically Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Expertise in spec-driven development, treating specifications as the primary input for AI.

• Strong understanding of the SDLC process (design → build → test → deploy → operate).

• Advanced proficiency in utilizing AI for development purposes, including code generation, testing, refactoring, and debugging.

• Experience in building agents for multi-step tasks involving tool usage, planning, and execution.

• Ability to create reusable skills and compose various capabilities.

• Knowledge of integration methods using Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar frameworks.

• Skills in creating slash-commands and operational interfaces based on structured prompts.

• Capability to orchestrate workflows involving multiple agents or a combination of human and agent collaboration.

• Experience integrating with tools such as Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, and observability systems.

• Strong analytical skills for critically evaluating AI outputs for quality, safety, and consistency.
