This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Execute the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) seamlessly with AI integration.

• Regularly implement automation using agents to carry out multi-step tasks.

• Develop specifications that inform the AI systems.

• Ensure quality control and maintain secure operations within production environments.

• Proficiency in one or more of the following technologies: Angular, Node, .NET, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.

• Experience with AWS (Infrastructure as Code - IaC).

• Familiarity with spec-driven development (using specifications as the primary input for AI).

• In-depth understanding of the SDLC (design → build → test → deploy → operate).

• Advanced application of AI in development processes (including code generation, testing, refactoring, debugging).

• Expertise in building agents (involved in multi-step tasks, tool usage, planning, and execution).

• Ability to create reusable skills and compose various capabilities.

• Experience with integration via MCP (Model Context Protocol) or similar methods.

• Development of slash commands and operational interfaces based on structured prompts.

• Orchestration of workflows involving multiple agents or a combination of human and agent collaboration.

• Integration with tools such as Git, CI/CD, issue tracking, and observability systems.

• Critical assessment of AI outputs concerning quality, safety, and consistency.
