This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Create and implement multi-step AI agents and orchestration workflows utilizing Python.

• Develop solutions using LangGraph, LangChain, n8n, AWS Bedrock, and comparable tools.

• Integrate and assess leading models (Gemini, GPT, Claude, etc.).

• Link agents to real-world systems (APIs, SaaS applications, webhooks, queues, events).

• Establish memory, retrieval, and planning capabilities for dependable agent behavior.

• Transition prototypes into production utilizing CI/CD, containers, and cloud deployment methodologies.

• Create internal SDKs and reusable agent templates to enhance delivery efficiency.

• Ensure comprehensive instrumentation, including logging, tracing, guardrails, and evaluation.

• Collaborate directly with clients to gather requirements, conduct experiments, and iterate swiftly.

• Employ best practices for security, privacy, and safety in all deployments.

• Minimum of 2 years of practical experience in developing and deploying AI agents or intricate automations.

• Proficient in Python (async programming, testing, packaging).

• Experience with LangGraph or LangChain, alongside orchestration tools (n8n, Bedrock, Airflow, Prefect, Temporal, etc.).

• Knowledge of OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or related model ecosystems.

• Strong understanding of data foundations: embeddings, RAG, chunking, indexing.

• Solid grasp of software engineering principles: Git, CI/CD, Docker, AWS.

• Bonus skills: TypeScript, FastAPI, Node.js, Supabase, or observability tools (Langfuse, W&B, OpenTelemetry).
