⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Demonstrated experience in developing AI-driven workflows, automations, or internal tools.

• Background in creating AI agents or multi-step workflows.

• Knowledge of vector databases, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).

• Experience in dynamic startup or scale-up settings.

• Basic programming skills (Python, JavaScript, or similar languages).

• Extensive experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Claude, or their equivalents) and prompt engineering.

• Proficiency with automation tools such as N8N, Zapier, Make.com, or similar platforms.

• Capability to define AI use cases and convert business challenges into technical solutions.

• Experience in API integration and managing multiple systems and data sources.

• Solid understanding of AI capabilities, limitations, and their practical applications in a business context.

• Proven ability to quickly test, iterate, and deploy AI solutions.

• Commitment to staying informed about emerging AI tools, trends, and technologies.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a systems thinking approach.

• Skill in articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
