This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.
• Develop visual concepts and variations utilizing generative AI tools as a primary step in the ideation process.
• Leverage AI to accelerate timelines — tasks that previously required a week should now take a day; those that took a day should only take an hour.
• Recognize which tasks are effectively managed by AI and which necessitate your complete manual expertise - make that judgment independently.
• Remain updated as AI design tools evolve; assess and integrate new tools that enhance quality.
• Website Design (xtm.ai)
• Web Assets: Produce all UI elements, page layouts, and visual components for the xtm.ai website, including banners, hero sections, icons, illustrations, and ancillary visuals.
• Handoff: Provide assets in formats ready for transfer to the HubSpot CMS for the HubSpot & Web Operations Specialist.
• CRO Awareness: Design with conversion objectives in mind — comprehend the purpose of every page prior to designing it.
• ✦ AI Prototyping: Utilize AI tools to swiftly prototype layout variations and visual concepts before moving to full execution.
• ✦ Generative Visuals: Create imagery, illustrations, icons, and textures using AI image tools — refined and tailored to meet brand standards.
• Campaign Materials
• This is a high-output production role. You will be accountable for every visual asset that is released.
• Paid Ads: Design creatives for paid advertisements across Google Display, LinkedIn, and other active channels — producing multiple sizes and variants per campaign.
• Social Media: Develop all organic social media visuals — including posts, stories, carousel formats, and cover images.
• Landing Page Visuals: Design visuals for landing pages for each campaign and prepare them for HubSpot integration.
• Event Materials: Create promotional materials for events and webinars, including banners, slide decks, and digital signage.
• ✦ Speed to Market: Employ AI to quickly generate multiple creative directions, facilitating faster stakeholder approvals and quicker launches.
• ✦ Asset Adaptation: Use AI image editing tools to modify and extend existing assets instead of starting from scratch.
• Newsletters & Email Design
• Email Templates: Design and produce all marketing email templates — newsletters, nurture sequences, product updates, and event invitations.
• Modular Email Design: Construct reusable email modules in HubSpot that the team can assemble without needing a designer for every dispatch.
• Rendering: Ensure email layouts are optimized for mobile and display correctly across major email clients.
• ✦ Personalised Variants: Utilize AI tools to generate personalized visual variants for segmented email campaigns.
• Brand Consistency & Design System
• Brand Stewardship: Uphold and enhance the xtm.ai visual identity across all channels — web, email, social media, ads, and events.
• Design System: Develop and maintain a Figma design system — including components, tokens, and guidelines — for the team to reference.
• Scalable Templates: Create templates and reusable assets to allow non-designers to handle simple production tasks efficiently.
• ✦ Scaled Output: Use AI tools to generate brand-consistent variations at scale — including localized assets, A/B test variants, and seasonal adaptations.
• 3–5 years of practical design experience with a robust digital portfolio that includes web, email, social media, and campaign assets — not limited to brand or print.
• Proficient in Canva and Figma — including components, auto-layout, and design systems.
• Practical experience with AI design and image generation tools — you use them daily and can showcase the results.
• Experience in designing and producing HTML email templates, preferably within HubSpot or a similar email service provider.
• Understanding of web design limitations: responsive layouts, asset formats, and file optimization for content management systems.
• Capability to manage a high volume of simultaneous briefs and deliver on schedule without compromising quality.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is advantageous — sufficient to communicate effectively with the HubSpot specialist.
• Nice to Have
• Experience using AI tools to create motion graphics, animated assets, or short explainer videos for campaigns and social media. This is an expanding area for our storytelling and would be a significant asset.
