This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Design and develop AI-driven tools and data infrastructure.
• Create full-stack applications that connect AI, data, and user requirements.
• Build Slack-based bots to assist in incident investigations and analyze production logs.
• Implement analytics pipelines in ClickHouse and establish real-time anomaly detection.
• Develop constrained and repeatable diagnostic agents along with internal tools.
• Work collaboratively with TechOps, Connectivity, and Data teams.
• Proficient in Python, which will be your main programming language for AI tools, data pipelines, and backend services.
• Knowledge of TypeScript / JavaScript for creating Slack integrations, web interfaces, and full-stack tools.
• Experience with Go is a plus, as it is extensively used for backend services and CLI tools.
• Comfortable with SQL, capable of crafting analytical queries against large datasets (ClickHouse, PostgreSQL, or similar).
• Familiarity with LLM APIs and related tools, such as Claude or OpenAI; including prompt engineering, function calling, and tool usage.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS, as your tools will operate in a production environment.
• Understanding of Git and basic Linux commands.
• Experience in the financial services sector is advantageous but not mandatory; domain knowledge can be acquired, while engineering intuition is essential.
