This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and manage comprehensive data pipelines in Snowflake, from initial raw ingestion through transformation to serving layers for AI products.
• Collaborate with ML engineers and data scientists to construct and sustain AI-focused data infrastructure.
• Integrate disparate data sources across the organization into dependable, automated pipelines.
• Create scalable data models and data marts that cater to both analytics and ML feature engineering needs.
• Facilitate rapid iterations on new data products and features in a dynamic environment.
• Work cross-functionally with analytics, data science, and product teams to convert requirements into effective data solutions.
• Actively monitor and address data quality concerns, optimizing for both cost and performance.
• Utilize AI technologies to improve and streamline business processes.
• Leverage Power Digital's Nova ecosystem in relation to your department.
• Employ AI coding tools in your daily development activities to enhance pipeline development and data quality initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Python and SQL.
• Proven experience in developing end-to-end data solutions, from ingestion to production usage.
• Familiarity with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse.
• Working knowledge of AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, EventBridge).
• Understanding of data modeling and organizing data for downstream applications.
• Experience with Git and fundamental CI/CD practices.
• Active engagement with AI tools in development workflows (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot).
• Comfortable with rapid shipping and iterations based on real user feedback.
• Practical experience with AI workflows (e.g., embeddings, vector databases, RAG systems).
• Experience with Looker or similar BI/semantic layer tools.
• Base salary plus commission opportunities.
