AI & Data Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop the next generation of “Agentic” systems.

• Connect raw structured and unstructured data to actionable AI insights.

• Create autonomous agents capable of reasoning, searching, and executing intricate workflows.

• Design and implement AI-driven applications.

• Build RAG pipelines and AI Agents.

• Construct semantic search layers utilizing PG Vector, embedding models, and Google Indexing.

• Handle large-scale datasets.

• Design dimensional data models that are optimized for low-latency AI consumption and ensure high data quality.

• Write clean and maintainable production code.

• Implement robust CI/CD practices and ensure ML Observability.

• Deploy and scale AI workloads using cloud infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and deploying AI-driven applications.

• Proficient in RAG pipelines and AI Agents with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.

• Strong understanding of Transformer architectures including Gemini, GPT, and Claude.

• Experience with fine-tuning, advanced prompt engineering, and optimizing context windows.

• Demonstrated ability to create semantic search layers using PG Vector, embedding models, and Google Indexing.

• Experience in processing large-scale datasets with Python (Pandas/PySpark) or Scala.

• Professional experience with Snowflake or Redshift.

• Skilled in writing high-performance Advanced SQL.

• Capable of designing dimensional data models that are optimized for low-latency AI consumption and high data quality.

• Emphasis on writing clean, maintainable code with effective CI/CD practices and ML Observability.

• B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in relevant technologies (preferred).

• Experience with multi-agent systems for complex reasoning tasks (preferred).

• Hands-on experience with AWS (Bedrock, Lambda) for deploying and scaling AI workloads (preferred).

• Direct experience with Google Gemini for multimodal or long-context applications (preferred).
