This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

• Generation of videos and images based on scripts, focusing on composition, lighting, style, realism, and the emotional tone of the frame.

• Writing structured prompts with an understanding of camera movement, character behavior, atmosphere, and fashion visuals.

• Creating realistic AI footage for advertising videos: fashion scenes, lifestyle shots.

• Compiling individual AI generations into cohesive videos, working with dynamics, timing, and the logic of the video sequence.

• Adapting AI content for various languages and markets, focusing on lipsync and visual consistency of characters.

• Experience with Kling, Veo, Seedance, GPT Image, NanoBanana, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, or other AI tools.

• You have a sense of rhythm, dynamics, editing, and understand how to compile videos from individual AI frames.

• You grasp the principles of generation, prompt engineering, iterativity, and can deliver results to a stable level.

• You do not wait for step-by-step instructions and can independently tackle tasks.

• You are interested not just in creating quality videos, but also in understanding why one creative concept may perform better than another.
