AI Creator / AI Motion Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create and develop captivating video and visual content for Clario applications (iOS and Android) and new mobile products, primarily utilizing AI creative tools.

• Engage daily with the marketing team to evaluate acquisition results, marketing metrics, and campaign effectiveness.

• Introduce innovative ideas and AI-driven strategies to enhance outcomes.

• Collaborate closely with the Creative Producer on producing high-performing creative assets.

• Assess campaign data to gauge the impact of your AI-generated content on performance and implement insights for ongoing improvement.

• Generate variations of successful creative assets based on analytics and testing results.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-2 years of professional experience in 2D animation or video editing.

• Strong expertise in Adobe After Effects for motion design and animation.

• Basic familiarity with Figma.

• Experience in producing effective video creatives for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google, focusing on performance and user engagement.

• Practical experience utilizing AI tools in daily workflows (e.g., Kling, NanoBanana, Veo, or similar).

• Comprehensive understanding of animation and video editing principles, including composition, timing, and sound integration.

• Capability to merge visuals, motion, and sound into compelling video content.

• Ownership mentality with a willingness to take responsibility and contribute to product outcomes.

• Understanding of marketing metrics (experience with performance data is advantageous).

• Ability to swiftly transition from concept to execution, test hypotheses, and iterate based on data insights.

• Data-driven and results-focused mindset.

• Strong self-organization and time management abilities.
