AI Creative Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Generate AI-driven content (including images, videos, characters, and more) for social media, marketing campaigns, and internal research and development projects.

• Utilize a diverse range of AI models, choosing the most appropriate tools for each assignment, and seamlessly integrate them into production processes.

• Create, enhance, and fine-tune prompts to ensure the production of high-quality outputs.

• Evaluate creative references and visual styles, modifying content to align with the desired tone and campaign goals.

• Collaborate effectively with designers, marketers, the R&D team, and content creators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Seedream, NanoBanana, ChatGPT/DALL·E, Gemini, Leonardo, Kling, Veo, and other similar platforms.

• Strong grasp of prompt engineering principles.

• Comprehensive understanding of composition, visual storytelling, lighting, and color theory.

• Basic skills in photo and video editing using software like Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut.

• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, flexibility, and a well-honed visual aesthetic.

• Proficiency in English at an Intermediate level or above.

• Previous experience as a Graphic Designer, Motion Designer, or 3D Designer is a plus.

• A fundamental understanding of human anatomy and body proportions is advantageous.
