• Create outstanding copy for product launches, feature announcements, pricing and packaging, and campaigns across various channels (web, email, in-app, social, and more).
• Write with a relatable tone for your audience, making complex technological concepts easy to understand without sounding overly technical.
• Collaborate closely with PMM, Content, Creative, and Web teams through tight iteration cycles: produce drafts, quickly integrate feedback, and manage version control in Docs/tasks until completion.
• Utilize qualitative and performance data to validate and enhance messaging (user feedback, internal assessments, and post-launch insights).
• Implement learnings into scalable workflows: develop templates, prompt libraries, and Super Agent workflows that enable the wider marketing organization to draft, QA, and update high-performing copy efficiently while maintaining brand consistency.
• Demonstrated experience in crafting high-impact copy for SaaS, tech, or product marketing (portfolio required).
• Strong grasp of software and the capability to convey technical ideas to varied audiences.
• Proven enthusiasm and confidence in using AI to improve writing and workflows.
• Experience in developing or managing AI-driven tools, agents, or automations.
• Excellent collaboration abilities and a knack for cross-functional teamwork.
