This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Participate in sales and discovery discussions with CIOs, IT leaders, and key enterprise stakeholders in environments prioritizing Microsoft solutions.
• Provide strategic advice on the Microsoft AI ecosystem, encompassing Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Assist in the scoping of Copilot activation sprints and oversee the delivery methodology, assessing technical viability and planning for adoption.
• Lead the development of agentic workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem utilizing tools such as Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, and Azure AI Foundry.
• Evaluate client proposals and recommendations to ensure they are practical, enterprise-ready, and in alignment with Microsoft platform capabilities.
• Offer expertise on governance, compliance, security, and change management for extensive Microsoft AI implementations.
• Support Xenon7 in discussions regarding Microsoft partnerships and enhance credibility with Microsoft field teams and partner networks.
• Contribute to thought leadership by producing Microsoft-focused content, sharing executive insights, participating in conferences, and engaging in speaking opportunities at Microsoft community events or Ignite-related activities.
• Advanced academic qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, Organizational Behavior, or a related field with a strong emphasis on technology. A PhD is preferred; a Master’s degree will also be considered.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, Teams, and SharePoint in enterprise settings.
• Strong experience in designing or deploying agentic workflows within the Microsoft ecosystem, including tools like Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, Azure AI Foundry, or similar.
• Comprehensive understanding of enterprise governance, compliance, security, and change management for large-scale Microsoft deployments.
• Capability to provide counsel to senior stakeholders, including CIOs, IT leaders, digital workplace leaders, and teams focused on enterprise transformation.
• Strong architectural judgment and a practical grasp of what is scalable, adoptable, and feasible in Microsoft-centric enterprise environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Bonus: Previous employment with Microsoft, Microsoft MVP designation, or significant experience within a Microsoft SI or partner ecosystem.
• Bonus: Experience in supporting enterprise Copilot adoption, licensing activation, usage expansion, and business-value realization initiatives.
• Advisory retainer at USD $50/hour
• Fractional advisory engagement: approximately 10–20 hours per month
