AI Conversation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jordan.

📋 Description

• Create engaging conversations for new AI agents, both voice and chat, for both new and existing clients: focusing on conversation flows, dialogue structure, copywriting, and handling edge cases.

• Oversee the design of Arabic conversations: conceptualize, review, and deploy Arabic agents, acting as the team's expert on the linguistic and cultural integrity of Arabic dialogues.

• Develop comprehensive handover packages for prompt engineers: including requirements, conversation designs, and guidelines that enable implementation to commence without any outstanding queries.

• Collaborate with the analytics team to monitor and evaluate agent performance, reporting on the effects of design modifications and suggesting subsequent optimizations for each agent.

• Conduct quality assessments on live conversations, focusing on conversational quality aspects that extend beyond compliance QA.

• Document and uphold our standards and methodologies for conversation design, while enhancing the internal processes that the function operates upon.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year, preferably 2+ years, of experience in conversation design for production chatbots and/or voice agents.

• Proven experience in launching a production bot is crucial; solely having experience in UX copywriting is insufficient for this position.

• Fluency in Arabic with a strong understanding of its linguistic and cultural subtleties.

• Comfort with data analysis: tracking, observing, and reporting on agent performance to demonstrate the impact of your design choices.

• A strong sense of ownership and personal effectiveness.
