AI Content Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sri Lanka.

📋 Description

• Develop, modify, and enhance content utilizing AI tools for blogs, websites, landing pages, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring the brand voice is consistent across various brands.

• Conduct research on industry-related topics, target audiences, and competitors to create original, audience-centric content, including transforming podcast and event transcripts into blogs, guides, social media carousels, and newsletters.

• Train AI models, improve prompts, and oversee content automation processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

• Produce SEO-optimized content that enhances search visibility, engagement, and overall digital marketing effectiveness.

• Review and edit content for clarity, accuracy, and compliance with brand guidelines.

• Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and subject matter experts (such as coaches, consultants, and practice advisors) to ensure content aligns with campaign objectives and deadlines.

• Oversee content calendars and revisions while consistently enhancing quality, tone, and coherence.

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional command of English with strong grammar and writing abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in content writing for websites, blogs, social media, and marketing initiatives.

• Proficient in utilizing AI tools to efficiently create and humanize content.

• In-depth understanding of SEO writing, keyword optimization, and content marketing best practices.

• Strong research capabilities, particularly in professional services (such as dental, medical aesthetics, veterinary, and legal fields).

• Capacity to adjust tone and style to suit various brands and audiences.

• Excellent proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

• Practical experience with social media content for platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

• Familiarity with Zoom, G-Suite, Canva, and project management tools.

• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Previous experience in content writing or digital marketing is preferred.
