AI Content Analyst, Thai Language

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.

📋 Description

• Develop and conduct brief multi-turn conversations (generally consisting of 1–5 turns) aimed at assessing AI personalization behavior.

• Construct prompts based on realistic personal situations to test contextual understanding.

• Analyze AI responses to determine the accuracy of personalization application.

• Assess grounding quality to ensure that the model does not fabricate unsupported claims about the user.

• Evaluate integration quality — ensuring that personal signals are utilized naturally (rather than in a forced or robotic manner).

• Compare two responses side-by-side to identify which is more helpful, natural, and relevant.

• Compose clear, structured rationales that explain rankings and reference specific conversation turns.

• Confirm debug information to show whether the correct data sources were utilized.

• Adhere to strict workflow hygiene, including the deletion of evaluation conversations when necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in THAI (reading & writing required) — THAI serves as the primary evaluation language.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., Policy, Law, Ethics, Linguistics, Journalism, Computer Science, or a related analytical discipline).

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate nuanced AI outputs.

• Exceptional written communication abilities with a knack for producing organized evaluation notes.

• Keen attention to detail when examining similar responses.

• Capability to work independently in a fully remote setting.

• Reliable desktop/laptop and a stable internet connection.

• Willingness to utilize your primary personal Google account and enable personal data sources for evaluation purposes.
