AI Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage with both internal and external clients and stakeholders to comprehend their business objectives and identify possible AI applications.

• Analyze existing processes and suggest AI solutions to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

• Communicate the advantages, risks, and return on investment of AI solutions to business stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect technical and functional requirements.

• Document and prioritize AI requirements to ensure alignment with business objectives.

• Develop and implement proof of concept (PoC) solutions customized to meet business needs.

• Work together with data scientists and other technical stakeholders to enhance AI models.

• Validate and test PoC solutions to ensure they fulfill the established requirements and desired results.

• Serve as a liaison between the technical team and non-technical stakeholders.

• Present intricate AI concepts in a clear and comprehensible manner to all levels within the organization.

• Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on solutions as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related discipline with a focus on artificial intelligence or machine learning.

• A Ph.D. is a plus but not required.

• Proven experience in business analysis, requirements engineering, and effective stakeholder communication.

• Strong expertise in widely-used AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or similar technologies.

• Solid understanding of machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing (NLP), and/or computer vision.

• Experience with AI applications specific to various industries (e.g., legal tech).

• Demonstrated success in delivering PoC or implementing productive AI solutions that lead to measurable business outcomes.

• Ability to translate complex technical language into understandable terms for non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a propensity for innovative thinking.
