This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Drive the adoption, usage, and renewal of Glia's AI functionalities among customers.
• Enable and empower our clients to enhance their understanding and appreciation of AI through the creation and implementation of training programs for their teams.
• Support our customers in promoting the adoption of Glia's AI features among their end users.
• Ensure timely and budget-conscious implementation of AI products.
• Confirm that customers are realizing the expected business outcomes from Glia's AI features post-implementation.
• Establish trust with client stakeholders as an AI subject matter expert regarding Glia's AI functionalities.
• Offer pre-sales consultancy on AI features to help prospective clients embrace Glia.
• Analyze AI performance metrics and provide data-driven suggestions for enhancement.
• Assist clients by sharing best practices on prompt engineering and utilizing Generative AI.
• Act as the primary technical advisor for inquiries and challenges related to AI.
• Provide guidance on Glia Virtual Assistant best practices to enable clients to maximize the platform's potential and enhance their interactions with customers.
• Work in collaboration with Glia's product and engineering teams to relay client feedback, feature requests, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.
• Partner closely with implementation managers, solution architects, and implementation engineers during customer implementations.
• Document client processes and identify how Glia's AI products or integrations can elevate efficiency and overall experience.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher, ideally in a STEM-related discipline.
• Over 3 years of experience in a SaaS software setting.
• More than 3 years of experience in Customer Success, Consulting, Professional Services, Account Management, or equivalent customer-facing roles.
• Knowledge of AI, including Conversational AI, Large Language Models, and Generative AI.
• A growth mindset with an innate curiosity about technology and a fervent enthusiasm for AI.
• Proven track record of managing multiple client-facing projects concurrently.
• Experience working collaboratively across various teams, such as Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Development, to ensure timely delivery of commitments.
• A collaborative team player with excellent presentation skills, confidence, and enthusiasm.
• Naturally curious and an enthusiastic problem solver, adept at addressing challenges efficiently while ensuring scalability.
• Exceptional communication skills to convey complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Highly collaborative and adaptable.
• Awareness of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.
• Experience in diagramming process flows using UML (or a similar tool).
