AI Clinical Solutions Specialist

📋 Description

• Ensure that AI agents maintain clinical safety, operational efficiency, and deliver value to both patients and healthcare organizations.

• Conduct clinical validation of deployments and establish safety protocols prior to going live.

• Foster clinician adoption and build confidence in AI agents.

• Assess enhancements in care accessibility, patient satisfaction, and operational effectiveness.

• Discover new clinical use cases and workflows for AI integration.

• Harmonize clinical, technical, and business teams regarding safety, outcomes, and patient-centered design.

• Articulate complex medical and AI concepts to both clinical and non-clinical audiences.

• Oversee clinical projects while coordinating efforts among clinicians, patients, and technical teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• An active, unrestricted Nursing License (RN) in your practicing state.

• Clinical experience in acute care, ambulatory services, telehealth, or community settings.

• Strong communication skills with patients.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.

• Ability to convey complex medical concepts in a clear manner to laypersons and technical teams.

• Experience in prompting language models and engaging with or working alongside large language models (LLMs) through text or voice.

• Familiarity with conversational AI or clinical natural language processing (NLP).

• A commitment to safety and ethical practices.

• Knowledge of HIPAA/PHI handling and privacy best practices.

• Extensive clinical knowledge acquired through nursing or healthcare delivery experience.

• Experience in managing clinical projects and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

• Nice-to-have: experience in clinical informatics.

• Nice-to-have: background in quality/safety or clinical education.

• Nice-to-have: experience with clinical guidelines and patient education best practices.
