AI Business Process Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Perform an in-depth analysis of each department and their respective workflows.

• Conduct interviews with team leads and individual contributors to gain insights into workflows.

• Assess existing documented processes with a focus on AI applicability.

• Collaborate closely with the AI Solutions Architect to convert process insights into actionable strategies.

• Aid in change management initiatives by documenting newly established AI-assisted processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in business process analysis or a related discipline.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is mandatory.

• Strong understanding of AI options, capabilities, and limitations.

• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills.

• Experience in performance-driven settings; knowledge of media, marketing, or lead generation is advantageous.
