This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct a thorough investigation into the operational practices of Neumo employees.

• Document insights and pinpoint processes that are suitable for AI automation.

• Observe employee activities, carry out structured interviews, and witness workflows in person.

• Record comprehensive end-to-end processes and categorize automation possibilities.

• Assess the potential value of each automation opportunity and prioritize them effectively.

• Monitor adoption rates and the impact following the deployment of automation.

• Identify common patterns across departments to create reusable solutions.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in a position centered on business process analysis, operational enhancement, or workflow optimization.

• Proven experience collaborating with various departments or business units, rather than being confined to a single silo.

• Background in organizations undergoing a merger, integration, or extensive operational transformation.

• Familiarity with process mining, value stream mapping, or other structured exploration methods.

• Experience in managing or contributing to an internal automation request intake process.
