This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
• Engage throughout the Inside Sales Cycle
• Develop effective Agentforce/Salesforce solution artifacts for partner teams to utilize with clients during the qualification, shaping, and decision-making phases.
• Approach implementations with a production mindset that addresses enterprise needs like identity, permissions, governed actions, observability, retrieval quality, and evaluation coverage.
• Generate reusable accelerators that extend beyond the engagement: packaged metadata, deployment scripts, installation guides, sample data, and test cases.
• Collaborate directly with partner engineers and customer technical teams to troubleshoot, refactor, and strengthen the implementation during proof-of-concepts and pilots.
• Ensure Work Travels
• Create comprehensive walkthrough artifacts that enhance Agentforce's credibility and reusability: READMEs, partner delivery kits, technical documentation, and recorded implementation walkthroughs.
• Showcase working implementations to seasoned engineering audiences and effectively bridge communication between technical and business stakeholders.
• Conduct live technical sessions or co-builds with partner engineering teams that produce reusable artifacts or alter their implementation strategies.
• Clarify ambiguous technical challenges and demonstrate feasibility through hands-on proofs.
• Build in Public
• Develop reusable assets that establish trust before meetings commence: published implementations, technical articles, GitHub repositories, accelerators, and field-ready walkthroughs.
• Aid Salesforce in maintaining relevance in AI and data discussions where partner teams possess strong opinions and alternative options.
• Uphold Salesforce engineering credibility in partner forums, technical sessions, and enablement opportunities where demonstrable proof is essential.
• Transform Field Work Into Scale
• Convert repeatable field patterns into accelerators, solution assets, and resources for the Partner FDE Network.
• Highlight product friction, missing capabilities, and proven workarounds to Agentforce, Data Cloud, MuleSoft, and Slack product and engineering teams.
• Practical experience with the Salesforce platform: Agentforce, Flow, Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs, permissions, metadata, packaging, and deployment methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in developing LLM-powered applications: prompt design, context engineering, retrieval and RAG, tool invocation and actions, evaluation, and debugging agent behavior.
• Familiarity with agentic coding tools as a fundamental part of your daily engineering practices: Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, Codex, or similar tools.
• Ability to start building in new environments from day one.
• Experience integrating enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, MuleSoft, Data Cloud, Slack, or similar technologies.
• Proficient in at least one of the following programming languages: Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Apex, or Java, and comfortable with GitHub-based development workflows.
